New Natural Nails

I’ve been here about 2 times and so far so good! I don’t get the terrible reviews on this place. for $ 20.00 a manicure and pedicure they do a pretty good job. I’ve been to places way more expensive than this one, and some of those expensive places don’t hold a candle to Natural Nails.

Yes, $ 20 sounds like a great deal for both a mani and a pedi. However, you certainly get what you pay for.
I am recently new to the area and have been trying to find a nail salon to replace the only one I would vist back in Jersey City. After having been to numerous bad nail salons, I have become very picky when it comes to cleanliness and service. Against my better judgment, I decided to try this place.
First off, the place is dirty and run down. There is acrylic powder all over the place and fuming in the air. The pedicure chairs are all worn and torn. The pedicure was ok, although the woman scrubbed my feet right out of the hot water with no lotion/​scrub or anything on my feet. The manicure was horrible. The woman wasn’t paying attention as she was filing and cutting my cuticles. She sneezed and coughed all over my hands which really sent me over the edge. That is just so unsanitary! I didn’t even allow her to paint my nails. I quickly put my toes under the fan to dry and left. (which I came home and quickly took off the ugly nail polish). Not to mention, the selection of nail polish colors is terrible.
I will never return to this place and would not recommend to anyone else. I try treat myself to a mani and pedi once a month, so I tend to look forward to a mini spa day. Unfortunately, I left disgusted and disappointed.

This salon is clean and is staffed by very friendly people. I have been coming here for at least 3 years and never had a bad experience. They are very accomodating. And I don’t even live in the area. So you know its worth it when you found just the right place and that is what this place is :)

Clean, friendly service, does not carry a large selection of colors, but really liked the mommy and me setup. Special chair-​in-​chair (pink) and matching pedi tub for little girls who come to this nail salon for Mani-​Pedis. Will come back with my daughter to try it.
