Came Saturday morning around 8:30AM to get my oil change. Brought in a coupon«THEWORKS $ 29.95ORLESSAFTER $ 10REBATEBYMAIL» This came with synthetic oil, tire rotation, and a few checks. The guy at the front told me it would cost about $ 47 plus the rebate which was fine. Still not lower than $ 29.95, but decided to do it anyway since it would still be cheaper than going to my dealer. Waited for over an hour for an oil change. There were two guys there as well and they were so frustrated because they had been waiting quite a while too, and plus they’ve been there since around 7. I finally got called, went up to pay for it, and turns out my total was $ 61.05. Asked why it was so much if I was quoted $ 47 by a different person just an hour ago, and they said it’s because labor isn’t part of the cost… Nowhere on the coupon did it say that, also the first guy never told me that either. My rebate is only $ 10, so the oil change costed me $ 50. A little bit irritated. I could’ve just bought all my parts and had someone change it for me for cheaper, but came here instead because I thought it was a good deal. If you come here, just make sure you ask about ALL their fees including labor costs before you get ripped off.
