Walgreens

This is my preferred Walgreens, even though it is not the closest one to my house. Despite being right near the annoying Allwood traffic circle, this is a conveniently located store. It is always clean, well-​organized and there are always store associates around asking if you need help finding anything. When I first started coming to this Walgreens location, Melissa was the Pharmacy Manager. She was phenomenal and would jump through hoops to get her customers what they needed. She was so helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure dealing with her. However, Melissa left to manage the pharmacy department at the new Walgreens in Kearny (from what I was told). I was so sad when I found out she left and even considered switching my prescriptions to the Kearny Walgreens where she transferred to. I realized it wasn’t worth it to go that far out of my way, so I stuck with this location. Katie, the new Pharmacist is great as well. She has helped me many times and recently helped me to locate a hard-​to-​find medication I needed at another Walgreens. It was late in the evening and she managed to find one that had the medication I needed and where the pharmacy department was open until midnight. I also have had pleasant dealings with the other pharmacy staff and everyone is friendly when I go to pick up a prescription. This location also has a drive-​thru pharmacy, which is very convenient.

The associates in this Walgreens are helpful and friendly always! I wish the Walgreens in Little Falls would follow their example

Hey Walgreens, I’m upping my rating to four stars now.
Tonight, I had to get an OTC item.
I find CVS is not as good as they used
to be with over-​the-​counter items.
So thank you Walgreens for accommodating my needs!

I’m a Walgreens guy. To me CVS seems dark and messy for some reason. They have amazing weekly specials and you can pick up some great random items. They had a 10^th Doctor Who figure that was sold out in Toys R Us (don’t judge me)
The place is clean, well kept and the people are friendly and really quick at opening another register. The pharmacist new my name after my 3^rd visit and is always really helpful. Photo center is well run and usually has my order ready before scheduled time.

Clean, new, big… but seriously is there a need for another pharmacy in this area? Are there that many sick people? There is about 5 of them within a 1 mile radius. One right across the st! I like it better when there was a Ricks Pub, although their food sucked. Anyway, Walgreen’s is not just a pharmacy, you can shop for groceries their too… who would’ve thunk. The staff is pretty quick at checkout but I have not used the Pharmacy (thank god).
