This company needs to be more careful about billing. They accept money and cash checks without bothering to credit the customer’s account. Twice in less than a year they claimed I owed them money until I contacted my bank and verified that they had immediately cashed the checks, without crediting my account. Today they even showed up at my door, demanding money they received almost a month ago! When they realized that they had cashed the check and failed to credit my account, they did not even apologize for their error. They just made a comment about me cheating them!
