Dominic’s Catering

Recently we tried Dominic’s Catering for our daughter’s wedding and I thought all caterers were the same. THIS COULDN’T BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! Everything about these guys went ABOVE my expectations from the ladies greeting you in the office being very sweet and helpful to the food and the generous portions they provided our group, to the delivery person who brought it all in and set things up for us .
The roast beef was so tender it was literally able to be cut with a fork, alfredo sauce on bowtie pasta was a rich flavored sauce unlike any other alfredo I’d had before, I would LOVE to attain the recipe but know they won’t part with it its just too good not to have mentioned. The nibbler trays were so pretty when they arrived some of our guests didn’t want to mess them up by eating them, who ever made they fruit tray they did an exquisite job on presentation.
We have more family functions coming up and look forward to calling upon Dominic’s again for the elegant presentation and home style feel they have provided … (and I still want that alfredo recipe ;) but probably couldn’t come close to doing it like them)

Had a holiday party @ Cosi Bella Nail Spa in Shelby Township and used Dominic’s for my catering needs. The Chicken Marsala and the Lasagna were outstanding. Great food for a fair price!
