Awful customer service. The drive through operator was difficult to understand. I had to repeat our order several times, and it still wasn’t correct. We specifically asked if they had cinnamon flavor for the coffee, they said they did, then when we pulled up to the pick up window, they told us they did not have any available, and to choose another flavor. Overall, avoid this DD location.

I got a gift card so I stopped in to grab a quick sugar rush. The place is filthy, employees don’t speak English and their stock (in terms of donuts, etc) was terrible. I don’t usually eat at Dunkin Donuts and I hope that this isn’t how their stores are. I don’t know how I’ll be able to use my gift card if this location is anything like others.

Located at a tricky intersection but the service has always been fast and my coffee is always perfect. I usually get the same guy working the drive thru. I think he may be the owner. He’s always friendly and fast. I wish this Dunkin’ Donuts was a little closer to me.
