I stopped by when I was in Michigan this past weekend. Being a guy I was hesitant to go in but my wife wanted me to come in with her. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. We were greeted immediately with a smile and was asked if they could help us. We will be back in the area in a couple months during the holidays and will definitely stop in for Christmas gifts.
If your in the area I highly recommend supporting this small business. Great people are what make this business a pleasure to deal with.

This is a really cute store! I love it and the prices are great. I passed it for years without stopping in and now I’m kicking myself. They have jewelry for every occasion!

I have very mixed feeling about this store. They have very cute, one of a kind clothes here and every time I purchase one of their sweaters or shirts I always get compliments. Prices are reasonable but the quality of a lot of their clothes is not the greatest. My biggest complaint about this store is their return policy! They do not stand behind their merchandise and I don’t feel that is good customer service. There have been so many times that I would have purchased twice the amount but didn’t because I like to have the option of returning something if it doesn’t match what I am buying it for, find something wrong with it or just change my mind. Also I would have bought several things for gifts but once again don’t want to take the chance of the item not fitting or the gift receiver just not liking it. Change your return policy and I would rate this store 4 or 5 stars!

I have never been more disappointed! Glitz and Ears used to be my daughter and my favorite store until now. My sister– n– law bought me a hideous sweater from Glitz and Ears for Christmas. I wanted to return it or exchange it so I called first just to make sure, since I read all the other reviews of how difficult it is for other people. I was told that the sweater was final sale on clearance It cannot be returned and I was stuck with it. It’s not my fault that my cheap sister– n –law did this without even thinking that I may have a different taste in clothes than her and not like it. I will no longer shop at Glitz and Ears and also will tell others about there crappy policy! I believe that they could of at least given me a store credit since it was a Christmas gift.

Don’t understand the comments about rude staff. They are always pleasant & helpful whenever I’ve shopped there. Sam is an absolute gem — she couldn’t be any sweeter Or more helpful! The store has some really unique items! There return policy is clearly explained — so check things out & make sure they fit before u buy! Check this store out!

Awful customer service !! I recently spent over $ 200 in this store. One of the sweaters had a huge hole in it that I did not discover until I arrived home. I put it on and cut the tags off. Then I discovered the huge hole under my arm. I literally had it on for 20 seconds, pulled it off and put it back in the bag. When I tried to exchange it two days later, I was told that because I pulled the tags off they would not exchange !! They even said that it had a strong perfume smell and that I had worn it!!! Seriously??? I wanted the same sweater, not a refund! I’ve spent a lot of money in this store and was planning on spending more tonight for Christmas gifts. Never again. I hope the owner Donna reads these reviews

Decent collection of Jewelry, but very expensive… Always wondered how they always got into The Hour magazine… must have good contacts, I guess…
The staff are NOT FRIENDLY… when u walk in, they act as if you are just troubling them… I will not be going back there…(considering how they have been, I don’t think they care too.:-).)…

This place is the perfect place to get accessories for all occasions. The pricing is very reasonable for a small boutique and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this little gem to anyone.

Shop elsewhere. As a former resident of Clinton Twp. for over 20 years, I have never met a ruder staff. A Christmas present that was bought for my daughter by her grandparents a few years ago was of extremely inferior quality. They would offer neither refund, nor exchange. I suggest you look elsewhere for quality and good service.

Glitz and Ears is your bling accessories play ground. I don’t even know where to begin! When you walk in there are wall to wall earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, basically jewelry galore!
On the right side of the store there are purses and shoes and throughout the store there are clothes, specialty trinkets (like a blinged out pill box, flask, or desk ornament).
The staff is very friendly, and they even offer a punch card that entitles you to lots of goodies when you shop at their store. They also will text and email you sales which is very convenient.
If you haven’t been to Glitz & Ears yet, you’re definitely missing out!
