Lane Bryant

I’m visiting family from California and had a bra emergency, the underwire snapped in two. We’re only here for a short 2 days, for a family funeral.
Nicole was a total sweetheart, she measured me for a new bra and was able to find the exact one I wanted in the stockroom, and convinced me to purchase a second bra in a «fun» turquoise with polka dots pattern. She was very helpful to both myself and my cousin while we shopped. Terrific customer service!

I always enjoy shopping here, they have a great variety of styles and sizes for casual and professional apparel. I was recently in the Partridge Creek location to pick up an order (boots) and there was an issue with the size. An associate helped me out for nearly an hour until I was able to make an exchange and express order a different pair. She was patient and understanding. That’s rare to find these days!

I should first let you know that I am not the biggest fan of Mall Shopping.
I am an independent shop owner, and try to spend my money at independently owned shops whenever possible. That said, when I shop with my Sister, we only shop at Lane Bryant. Frankly, it’s the only place that has sizes and lengths that fit her. She’s a tall woman! We’ve been to every Lane Bryant in the Detroit area and in other cities. Hands-​down, this is not only the nicest Lane Bryant in the Detroit area, but the service was the absolute best! The staff made us feel right at home as if we are in an independently owned shop, and the Owner herself was taking care of us.
I have been in other LB stores where the staff was too busy folding underwear to help us find what we needed. Not so at this store. The shining star at this store was a woman named Sue. Sue was a total pro! She found the sizes we needed, offered up suggestions that we hadn’t really considered and made sure that we left happy.
I also would like to add that in the past, we have been super unhappy with LB styling, fabrics and cuts. Something has really changed. The styles were flattering, the fabrics were quality, everything felt soft and comfortable.
So, yes! I would recommend that even if you don’t live close to Partridge Creek, if you need some new items of clothing that are size 14 and above, take the drive up there.
Ask for Sue and tell her that the girls from ROUGE sent you!

My wife loves this store, and in particular this location.
She assures me they carry a variety of sizes and have the best selection. I just know she usually leaves happy and with bags in tow. In my experience the staff has been pleasant and helpful.
There’s not exactly much to do in this store as a guy, but as the trip isn’t for me, that’s ok.
