TERRIBLE business owner! Bought 4 leotards there last week. Told the salesgirl that I would be returning the ones that didn’t fit my daughter. I asked SPECIFICALLY what the return policy was. Sure enough, I went to return three of them, and I hear the owner rudely yell from her desk, «Get her punch card!» I didn’t know what she was talking about at first, and then I remembered the sales girl giving me one. Told owner I was not aware I needed a punch card to RETURN merchandise. Searched purse and car. No punch card. The owner agreed to return the items after I was VERY upset. She acted like I was a CROOK for not having the punch card! She NEVER got her butt out of her chair to deal with me directly. NEVER again will I shop here!!!
