The paint might be good but the service at this store STINKS !!! Sherwin WIlliams — Benjamin Moore — its all paint — so all you have to offer me is SERVICE — which you won’t be getting at this location !!!

We used Sherwin-​Williams paint in our entire house with no issues. Recently had a problem with some dark-​colored paint. The employee we discussed the matter with did not have the answer, so I spoke with the manager. He gave me some tips on how to apply paint and offered to give me a new gallon, if I was not happy with how the paint looked when I was done. In addition, he not only addressed how to handle the situation with the employee, but discussed how to properly handle the matter with the entire staff.
