The worst! I had purchased my last two phones there, great service, no longer true, Dena, the new manager told one lie after the next. The topper was when she kept my husbands old phone to transfer the his data to the his new phone, (a 45 minute job), 3 hours later, no phone from her, only us calling her and finally my husband driving back to the store with Dena gone and the doors locked early, needless to say we called Sprint and got our money back, NO THANKS!!!
