DON’T TRUST HIM
This guy tried to get my dad to buy new hearing aides by telling him his old ones (purchased 1 year ago) is causing damage, and he should stop using immediately. Tried to say their hearing aides would REPAIR his hearing over time (although not to perfect), and we as his family would be irresponsible if we didn’t order immediately!
I recorded his speech, and when I tried to get him to put it in writing, he changed his story.
