Visited today to pick up some last minute gifts, the atmosphere of the place is awesome — visually stimulating with extraordinary technology. Joe, who helped me, was very knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. He helped me make a wise decision based on the tighter side of a budget, which I appreciated since I willingly stepped into the «Mercedes» of audio/​video equipment. I recommend it to anyone, and look forward to visiting again sometime to invest in a better sound system for myself! Thanks for a great experience, guys.

Great store. The selection of audio equipment is high end and mostly out of my price range. They are very heavy into Bowers & Wilkins, with a smaller selection of other brands. I got a pair of Grado SR80i’s from here for less than I could find online. I must have spent an hour trying about 7 different headphones and comparing them all. They were attentive and also let me figure things out on my own and just waited for my questions. I won’t give 5 stars until they have a stronger selection outside of their B&W line. No/​low pressure shopping the way it should be.
