Disappointed. I love this store, and use only their products. Recently, without any email or notice they discontinued my favorite tinted everyday Moisturizer with spf :(they replaced it with a «complexion rescue» cream. I don’t need more concealer or creams! I just want my plain old lotion back! The sales associate wasn’t too concerned. Considering the amount of money and amount of years I’ve spent in this store, I’m crushed. I tried looking online and called the outlet, nothing. I went to Sephora, and their associate spent almost an hour going through all kinds of tinted lotions with me. I finally found one, and she gave me samples of others to try too. It’s sad to say, but my baremineral days are over. You guys are changing all your products over to creams, what happened to the«powder revolution»!!! I like the natural look, and now all your products are ‘cakey’.

I’ve been using Bare Minerals for years, and when this boutique was opened I was so excited to check it out. I was not disappointed. The women who work here are always extremely nice and helpful. I have an issue with my mascara rubbing off on my brown bone(not because it’s wet, but by the end of the day it looks like I have black eyeshadow on). I have been trying to resolve this for years and brought it up on a visit here. I was given a free sample of one of their mascaras and bought the other one they offered. Neither of them worked for me and I was able to return the one I bought without a box or receipt for cash! Where can you get that? I visited again yesterday and they had a third new mascara that I bought and am trying out today. I don’t worry about being able to try things because you are able to return them even after you’ve used them. This is only one example of the many times the staff has been able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. I choose to shop at the boutique rather then say Sephora because of their customer loyalty program. You get a little card and for every so many dollars you spend($ 100 I think?) You get $ 10 off your next order. Since all of my make up comes from here as well as some of my primers this works out wonderful. There are also tables full of the products so you can try them or a sales person can help you find a new color or look. I’ve only asked for help choosing a blush color — so I don’t know how they do, but I have seen others getting it done. I am glad to say that they seem very sanitary. If you haven’t been here — don’t look at the pictures on their page, they are not photos of this store.
