If you are a belly dancer, this is your Nirvana. If you are a ballet dancer, don’t bother coming in the door. they only carry one style of slipper and they were inferior.
Lots of costumes on the rack for worship dancers and «popular» young ballerinas who are shopping for fashion, but serious ballet students will definitely need to go elsewhere for a proper pointe shoe fitting or even slippers. We only go here in an emergency for ribbons or a pair of stockings, and try to reorder our favorite shoes online.
On the positive, there IS liturgical dance wear here!
If you have tiny young dancers, you will find lots of glamour in costume choices and snazzy dance bags. Ours are holding up well.

I like this store because it is a very well-​appointed place to find everything you need for any dance event. I shopped here a few years ago and again last year, before they were listed on Unilocal and I was pleased to find the shoes I needed. This store has a wide variety of costumes and items all in one location. I recently found the dance wear I needed for liturgical dance. I also like the fact that it has parking and a nice helpful staff. I will return to Dancer first, before trying other stores, because they have a very nice selection of quality dance wear to meet you needs. they also offer dance classes in their studio and advertise dance classes and events at other venues.
