Unfortunately, majority of reviewers are accurate about appointment issues. I made an appointment for two pedicures; I was sat fifteen minutes after the appointment and my friend waited thirty mins! When I was done, she was just getting started. So much for spending time together.
I asked for no nail cutting, but they used cuticle cutters to cut the sides of my nails and pull them out, causing some blood and a lot of discomfort. There was zero leg or foot massage. Minimal exfoliation.
The massage chairs are really comfortable, they have a good color selection… But I’m not sure why I’d come back.

Great place, friendly and they do an amazing job! Ive become use to being cut when I get my nails done. Such a relief to get my nails done not walking out bleeding! There prices are great too ! I don’t know who said they don’t clean the basins but as I was getting my nails done the lady doing the pedicures sprayed and cleaned the basin as soon as she was done giving a pedicure. I can’t wait to go back!

The place is clean and like others have said, they pay great attention to detail. But this was the 2^nd place that I tried in attempt to get a long lasting gel manicure and once again, they used no bonding agent and my gels cracked and peeled in less than a week.

I have been going to diva for many yrs. before they came to main st Clinton they were located in the old shop rite plaza in Clinton for many many many years.
They always do a fantastic job. Sometimes you do have to wait a little while. But always worth the wait. And someone on here stated that they don’t clean the pedi tub. That’s just not true. As soon as your feet come out of the water before they begin the pedi. They clean the tub right in front of you. And then change their gloves before they touch your feet. Seen it any times for many yrs.

I love the attention to detail that these nail technicians display, however they DO NOT clean the basins in between pedicures. That is just unacceptable

I have been going to them for over a year now. I had tried many different ones in the area but this one is the one I continuously return to for acrylic nails. All technicians are so friendly and they do a much better job than the others shops in my opinion. They do take pride in their work and make sure you are happy before you leave.

Dissapointing, I left with having nothing done.
Made an appointment for 1pm, got there on time, all three technicians were busy, only halfway through manicures with other clients. «Wait just a couple of minutes» I’m told.
I go to choose my colors — for gel mani and regular pedi. Receptionist hadn’t noted that I wanted a manicure, was dismayed that I already had gel polish on my nails (takes a while to soak it off). Clearly she hadn’t planned on my being there for that long and I’m guessing she did not have room in the schedule. I asked for the color wheel to see the gel colors, I’m told they don’t have one — the colors are on the bottles. Well on *some* there is a pin-​head sized dot. Gel manis last 2 weeks — and I like unusual colors. I’d like to have an idea of what my color choice will look like! So I skip the mani — the real reason I am here.
One starts running a foot bath for me, yet still there is no one ready to start. I sense I’ll be soaking there for quite a while and decided to just leave.
They might be fantastic once you finally get started, but time is hard to come by for me, that’s why I make appointments. Nothing about the place impressed me indicating it would be worth a wait.

This place is relatively new. Right on main street in downtown clinton. It’s your «typical nail salon» atmosphere. the ambiance is nothing to be impressed by. But I was however super impressed with my $ 13 manicure which included polish. I got so many compliments and people asking me if they were shellac /​gel polish. Nope! Just a skilled nail technician who took time and pride in her work. You cannot beat the price and quality, I may just indulge more frequently at that cost! This place is diamond in the rough.
