Watch out for LaPrincess. Because she is one of the rudest customer service reps they have lost my business forever. She refused to help and when called on it she was unbelievably ruder than Satan himself. This used to be a decent place to do business but no more. I certainly hope she finds herself in the unemployment line ASAP.

Surprisingly good service. Took care of my issue promptly and professionally, all while the store was very busy. You know how these retail experiences can be, so this was refreshing. Honestly, I was impressed.
