Perfect to go in for a slice of pizza. I have been here countless times and never disappointed. I would come here any day.

Updating my review to say that if I had to choose my last meal, it would be Frank’s pizza. They always have multiple types of pizza to choose from for slices, and every single one that I have tried(deep dish broccoli, tomato and chicken, honey mustard chicken, buffalo chicken, barbeque chicken, veggie, sicilian, plain) is amazing. If in the area, go to Frank’s…you will not be disappoined.

Great family friendly Italian restaurant. The kids loved it. The portions are huge. Restaurant was clean and everyone was very helpful. Don’t let the outside fool you.

It is very nice and clean inside. It is also very big inside and can fit many people so do not be shocked about it being in a strip mall. The people are friendly. However, I think the pizza is just alright. It’s nothing to great. And the pasta dishes and meals are average as well. I would go here if you know where this is and do not know anything else since it is easy to get to. Otherwise try more places and compare

Been going to Frank’s for a long time, noticed quality of there take out pizza going down fast. Order 3 pies for 48 bucks and all 3 were under cooked and had little flavor. House full of folks all said the same… always support our locals but for that kinnda money, bring back the TLC, don’t get lazy on us…

Pizza is okay. I’ve ordered take out a couple times. The pies are inconsistent in quality; however, they are always undercooked. Sauce is good.

How lucky are we to have wonderful pizza right here in the middle of nowhere, New Jersey? We get pizza here about twice a month. They coat the bottom of their pizzas in cornmeal to give it an extra crunchy bite. I’m salivating just thinking about it.

Best pizza and subs around! Very friendly staff. Walk in to check out their specialty pies, they’re all delicious, esp the buffalo chicken pie. I wish they delivered but it’s worth to go pick up or eat there.

Good selection of pizza. Plain cheese, buffalo chicken and mushroom slices where all pretty good. BBQ chicken was loaded with just that, tons of BBQ chicken, but could use more cheese and was a little dry. Penne Vodka was very tasty but unusual with onions in the sauce which my daughter, an onion hater picked out of her pasta but the flavor was delicious. My son had a meatball calzone which was filled with cheese, not a lot of meatballs and the marinara came on the side. He liked it but I thought it looked dry. Overall, it’s become my kids favorite lunch spots for takeout when we’re in the Clinton area. It’s a nice break from Cracker Barrel!

The outside is deceiving as it is in a strip mall near the Shop Rite. Once inside this place is big with plenty of seating and is appealing and clean. Waitress service was prompt and friendly. The have a nice variety of pizzas available the counter and their are above average taste for your local pies. Sandwiches and pasta dishes are just average. The downfall is their meatballs. I had a meatball parm sandwich. It was loaded with melted cheese but take the cheese off and the meatballs were bland. I even shared them with others at the table and everyone agreed it was the worst tasting meatball they had. It was like cardboard. The sauce and cheese covers up the bland taste. Worth a visit but I would not recommend the meatballs unless they made a bad batch that I had.

Franks pizza deserves a nyc 4 star. I had the margarita slice with a side of sweet potato fries. Margarita slice was thinly crusted made to perfection, just the right amount of margarita sauce. Store itself is very large and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend checking them out

We’ll sometimes stop in at Frank’s if we’re hungry prior to grocery shopping at Shop-Rite. Never go grocery shopping when you are hungry! Anyway, Frank’s is about average pizza for Hunterdon County. Their pizza would pale in comparison to most NYC pizzerias, but for out here it’s ok but don’t set your expectations too high. Had non-pizza entrees here and was mostly disappointed with pasta preparation… cooking water wasn’t properly salted and they don’t know the meaning of al dente. Stick to a hero or the average pizza.

Regular customers since 1999. THEBEST crust ever and fresh knots are terrific. Usually order cheese pizza in order to enjoy the crust but the taco pizza is a treat. Our anti-tomato granddaughter enjoys a white slice. Salads are fresh and desserts delicious. Service is outstanding with friendly, engaging wait staff(say HI to Donna). We have enjoyed family parties of about 10 people in the dining room area, also. We always recommend it to new friends. Franks has a friendly, comfortable, community-oriented atmosphere.

Wife has celiac disease. She is able to eat their gluten free pizza. Their regular pizza, taco pizza and entries are good. Meatballs are good. Prices are not cheap but not bad.

Pretty good pizza, if I say so myself. I was doing some work at my brother’s house — he lives in the area and we ordered some food from Frank’s for lunch. The pizza was actually very good. It’s definitely some of the better pizza in the area. We had a large pie with sausage and pepperoni. I thought the sausage was very good and there was a nice cheese to sauce ratio on the pizza. There’s not much else to add, but I wouldn’t have a problem getting pizza from Frank’s again.

Waitresses and counter staff are polite, the place is very clean, and the location is convenient but that’s where it ends. One thing I have to say at the start is when you walk into a pizza restaurant and you see 15 different types of pizza in various stages of drying out under heat lamps that should should be your clue that the place cares nothing about quality and only cares about selling food. So, been here twice and both times I left feeling very disappointed. My lunch companion ordered a plain slice so you figure, what could go wrong? Well, it was the first time in my life that I watched someone who was unable to get through eating half a slice. Even frozen pizza is usually edible enough to stomach one slice. I ordered a meatball parmesan sub. To begin, the bread was no better than a hotdog roll; the mozzarella cheese was the sliced deli style and was bland and rubbery; the sauce was pizza sauce with too much oregano(Note: parmesan sandwiches should be made with regular tomato sauce, not pizza sauce, but I doubt these people know the difference); finally, the most important part, the meatballs, tasted like they were boiled in water and seasoned only with garlic powder. Needless to say I couldn’t finish this awful sandwich which with a soda came to almost $ 10.00! I could have had a delicious Thai lunch at Pru Thai or gone for dependable quality at nearby Pizza Como.

Very casual, local Italian pizza joint. Surprisingly good pasta dishes(red and white clam sauces are very good). Everything is fresh. The servers — and other staff — are always very nice and really take care of the kids. Same at the Phillipsburg location off Route 22. The pasta lunch specials are great values at under $ 8.00. They used to do a family meal featuring veal and chicken scallopini with linquini, soup, garlic bread and salad for $ 34 that fed our family of 7. What a value! So sorry they stopped offering it. If they brought it back, we’d go every weekend without question. You have to try their wings. They are sauceless, so they’re basically mini fried chicken pieces with a crispy breading that really hits the spot when you’re jonesing for some grease. Only downside is that their pizza is not great. For a great pizza, go to Famiglia’s in Bloomsbury — best pizza in the area by a mile. For more upscale(and more expensive) entrees, try Pisano’s in Stewartsville.

Nice, sit down if you want to, pizza place. I always order a slice of the vegetable stuffed pizza with a double helping of sauce and have never been disappointed.
