Disorganized, never answers phone, and texts or emails staff about changes in schedule. Not understanding or compassionate as I had an unfortunate situation and they seemed RUDE and UNCARING and could of cared less about this traumatic experience I endured. I was only with them for a short time (like a couple of months) then had the nerve six months later to send me a letter of how Caregivers had stolen items from these clients they had I would never do that and I was insulted. DO NOT GO through this Homecare Agency unless you want a headache of unanswered calls and voice mails. This is the most pathetic run Home care Agency in this area and good luck getting umemployment it wont be GRANTED as one will GO BROKE and endure struggle like I have and pray that you dont go through a traumatic experience because they hire whoever and let the good hearted ones who have a passion to help slip away!!!
