Oh man, oh man. Apathetic to the max. A rotating staff of unknowledgeable and unenthusiastic women and lackluster product — this location gets hardly any retail transfers from what I’ve seen. It’s definitely not the cheerful, enthusiastic service of a kate spade retail location, nor of other ksny outlets I’ve visited. This is definitely the place where you have to sell yourself on something, because no one will sell it to you. The store is very «tired» and in need of a deep clean or a reno, for sure.
