I cant get enough of this place. The people are friendly, they always have the items I’m looking for in stock and the place is clean and well lit.
I had to make a run at Staples, Lowe’s, Walmart and Sally’s. They are all in the same shopping center. You cant go wrong with that. Great location. Will be back.

Terrible customer service. I also agree they need new employees. They might as well not answer the phone it’s so bad. They make promises about call backs etc and don’t do anything. Fire everyone and start over!

If I could rate this branch lower I would. The store is disgusting, employees are rude and act as if they do not care. Furthermore, once you buy an item that needs to be delivered… Pray you have a truck to haul it home. Lowes could make a lot more money if they stopped wasting their time on inadequate employees. Customer service is this branch’s Achilles heal; I will not return.

The only reason I rated this location with a star is because it is your local run of the mill big box store. Otherwise customer service desk is a joke and some of the associates act as if it is an imposition to ask them to do their jobs. The woman who helped me order my custom blinds was a gem and deserves an Employee of the Month honor. The rest of the store associates were not as knowledgeable as I wanted them to be and lack genuine customer service

Ordered a gas grill. Received a scratched-​up grill covered in dust. Also, missing the manual and ignition switch. I called them to figure out what happened and they told me all the grills looked like that. Really? I thought you were Lowe’s, not Craigslist.

This location is the worse in terms of customer service. I placed an online order only to drive there to find out that they no longer had the item I ordered. No call back was made. All I got was: «Your card was not charged.» I will never shop at this Lowe’s again!
