Went in for a new steakhouse third pound sirloin burger and waited 15 minutes for order. While waiting for order, I saw 4 – 5 people walk in and be handed a bag of food. None of these people paid! After the 15 minutes, I checked on my order and was then told that they were«out» of the sirloin burgers. So I ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese. After approximately 20 – 25 minutes, I checked on my order again and was told that they had not even started my order! Again, during my wait, I watched more than 5 people walk in and be handed a bag of food without paying! To say the service was terrible would be an overstatement. If I had not been driving all day long and didn’t want to search out other restaurants in the area, I would have just left without eating anything!!! I should’ve asked for my money back but by then I just wanted to eat and leave. I will NOT be eating at this location ever again. And if I hadn’t thought that management was a part of the free food giveaway scheme, I would’ve suggested they watch their camera recordings to see perhaps why they«ran out» of a specialty burger on a Friday night!!!

Very slow and cashier was rude!!! There hashbrowns taste like the grease hadnt been changed in a month.
