McDonalds In Clinton

Very rude customer service. Came in at 12:28 and hoping to grab a bite. Nobody answers and when I knocked on the pickup window I was treated as an idiot who doesn’t know how to order through the speaker and ignored me afterwards.

Yes, it is a fast food restaurant and the rating is only based on McDonald’s/Fast Food class of Restaurant. This is the best McDonald’s food I have ever had in the United States. I cannot compare McDonald’s in the US to ones in other countries, however they come close to the satisfaction.
My meals are always fresh, the grease is clean and does not leave an after taste in my mouth.
The french fries have always been hot, except for one time on the late night.
The french fries are crispy and reminds me of McDonald’s when I was a kid.
I have egg mcmuffin most days and no matter how I ask them to fix this simple breakfast they get it RIGHT every time. (seems to be an issue at many other McDonald’s (folded egg no meat/​scrambled egg or just an egg mcmuffin).
Hamburgers are simple mcdonald’s but its fresh and with the exception of European/​South American beef, the Clinton hamburger is good.
The Best Filet o Fish ever at a McDonald’s EVERYTIME (consistency).
They greet me with a smile EVERYTIME.
The staff uniforms are crisp and clean, they look like they have pride.
The restaurant kitchen is CLEAN (wonders what a little PRIDE, work ethic and soap can do).
The drive up line in the morning is the fastest I have ever EVER seen, I went in to see them in action and they work like they all have ONE mind to serve the CUSTOMER (remember us) They care about the CUSTOMER.
HATS Off to what I consider the BEST McDonald’s in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.

Worst mcdonalds ever. The staff — primarily pleasant young people — appears to have no supervision ore training. This place survives because it’s McDonald’s, and because of it’s location. Any regular business would be long gone.

Way too much line! Seems they aren’t working as a team. Already saw one guy come in, looked at the line and just left…

What a pleasure to go to a McDonald’s where the staff is friendly, polite, and helpful, there are fresh flowers on the tables, and the food is hot and fresh. Compliments to everyone.

It’s McDonalds… you know what kind of food you’re getting. Honestly, it’s the kind of food that we try very hard to avoid, and I hit this place less than once a year. I’m not going to make any other comment about the food.
That being said, when we do pop in, I’m always pleased by how clean it is, and how friendly the staff is. Very friendly, very accommodating, very gracious with kids. They’ve also offered up tours to our local MOMS Clubs and have been great to us!

Clean and quick. Always a line in the morning but never a long wait and the get the order right.

Nothing really special here. McD has lost a lot over the last 40 years. This is a typical place, and no surprises.

The staff is consistently friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

Typical McDonalds chow. The only issue I have with this location is they can never get the drive thru order right. I either get crispy chix when I order grilled or they will forget the fries. They have screwed up 4 of my last 5 visits so I apologize now to everyone behind me in line as I slowly check my meal for accuracy.

Owner seems to have no problem cutting into the drive-​thru line, holding up paying customers while he picks up food for himself while chatting with employees, then being rude and dismissive when confronted by the customer he cut in front of. Business owners with such disregard for their patrons shouldn’t expect repeat customers.

Good deals but no bagels… really sad for someone from the north east

It’s a McDonald’s what else can you say? They are open late nights which is nice.
