Pizza Hut

Me and my boyfriend ordered the BBQ Pizza. It came out «burnt» and looked horrible. They made another one it was just as bad. We had been there waiting around 30 minutes for the second one. We finally asked for a refund so we could just go somewhere else.
The manager refused! Told us all they could do was store credit. Really? I have never heard of this. I tried to get her to explain just why that was their policy and she couldn’t.
We finally took the credit along with the regional managers number. We called and left a message for the RM but the call was never returned.
I have never had a place just keep my money .I really don’t see how they can do that. Needless to say we will always check our pizza before paying and we will never visit this restaurant again!

A friend and I tried this place a few weeks ago and an incident happened at this store that I’ve never experienced before.
There wasn’t a lot of people eating inside; a woman and a child (maybe around 7 years old) at a booth, a few elderly women at a table, and my friend and I in a booth. There was a man standing at the register waiting for a pizza who seemed to be a little aggravated also. This was around 8 – 8:30 P.M.
First of all, no one seated us. We waited for a good while and finally seated ourselves at a booth. A girl came to our table after a few minutes and took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order, but we didn’t even have menus yet, so we had to ask her for the menus. She stumbled around trying to find menus to give us. She brought our drinks and before we knew it the guy at the counter was getting in an argument with the employee behind the counter because he had been waiting so long on his pizza. (Unsure how long that was exactly, but he seemed pretty upset.)
Then out of no where we heard the employees arguing in the back and an employee shouted out over the lobby «EVERYONE BACK HERE IS F***ING BUSY!» The mom with the child got up and asked to see the manager and the older ladies at the table got up and just walked out. I don’t even think that they had gotten their drinks yet. My friend and I got up and just left. I thought the whole experience was just completely terrible and awful. There was lots of screaming and yelling behind the counter, as well as angry customers at the register.
***So, We decide to go back tonight to just give it another shot. We thought maybe those employees wouldn’t be there this time around.***
This time it was just even more horrible. We noticed that the SAME EMPLOYEES from the previous incident were at the store. We weren’t seated AGAIN. Had to seat ourselves. We got menus this time though. My friend wanted a pizza and I thought I’d get some cheese sticks with it. We got the cheese sticks first and I reached down to get the first one I see a big blonde hair sticking out from underneath the cheese sticks. Ugh. I took forever for her to come back to the table and I had them taken back. I just couldn’t eat them after that. One good thing is that she did take them off our order.
When the waitress brought our pizza out, she only brought one plate. I had to get up and get a plate from the buffet/​bar in the middle of the restaurant. The pizza looked good and I was gonna use a fork to cut it so I wouldn’t get it everywhere and my fork was SO DIRTY. It had some kind of gunk/​sticky stuff on it and looked like it wasn’t even washed at all. Couldn’t use it.
We got a large Pan Meatlovers Pizza and the Pizza was actually pretty good. It was kinda lingering in the back of my mind about the hair and I double checked it before I put it in my mouth. But really the pizza was wonderful.
The waitress asked us if we’d like a box and we had about a half a pizza left and she brought us out the smallest box they had for like 4 pieces of pizza. I noticed that the other people dining in had the same problem. They had to ask for a bigger box.
I think this Pizza Hut needs to retrain current or hire more mature workers or more mature management. We could hear out in the dining area the employees arguing in the back and it just really made me wish that we had went somewhere else for dinner.
I don’t think we will eat here for a very very very long time. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Picked up a pizza in the drive through right before close. Rang the bell as a sign instructed. No one came to the window for about 5 minutes. Finally, someone slunk from the back of the store to help me. Pizza was good. Okay for take-​out
