Pizza Hut

4 star, only because of the manager (James) He is the reason why I rated it so high with 4 stars. If it wasn’t for him, I would have rated it with 1 star.
Okay so this isn’t really a food report per say, more so touching on the subject of the workers. So when my girl and myself walk into the pizza hut, we are approached by the manager, a guy by the name of James. As soon as he walked up to us, we just knew that we were going to tip him very well. His attitude and character was very welcoming and warm. He sat us at our table, took our drink orders and then headed to the back to grab the drinks. He came back over to our table shortly after heading to the back to tell us that we would now be waited on by another worker, some woman that I just don’t even care to remember. As soon as she came to our table, we could just tell that the service was going to be terrible. The attitude and character that this woman had was just not cool at all. It was a very big difference from the manager (James) that first greeted us at the door. So she took our order, but her people skills were not good at al. She took our order like this «what y’all want?» Yeah, basically like that. So you can imagine how we felt having her as our waitress. Anyway, so she took our order, which was two medium pizzas and some wings. When she brought us our food, she told us that she was about to get off and then just stood there as if we were about to tip her. Keep in mind that she only waited on us for about 5 – 10 minutes total, with poor people skills, and she forgot our WINGS! She never even put the order in for them, because as soon as she went to the back, she started talking and laughing and joking around with her co workers. Instead of putting our order in first. So as she was leaving out, she looked over at us and paused. I guess to see if we were going to stop her and hand her a tip. Yeah okay, umm no!!! Then another woman came over to take her place, nothing changed! She never brought us refills for our drinks. So the very next time she came over, I basically said that I wanted the manager (James) to be our waiter, and he did just that. He was very nice and had great peoples skills. This guy was just awesome! We already said that we are going back just because of him, the manager (James). Just himself is the reason why people should go eat at that place. Moral of the story, if you go there, ask for the manager (James). Do not, I repeat, do not let those two ladies be your server, you’ll just ending being mad.

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been too. I ordered my pizza at 654 PM online at is was supposed to be ready by 709 PM. I walked into this location and the girl working the front looked at me and immediately walked to the back. She then came back and asked if I was there to order or for pickup. After I told her my name and that I was there to pickup she told me my pizza would be ready in six minutes. My pizza was actually already ready and waiting. So I sat down, 15 minutes later I stood back up to check on my pizza. Once again no one acknowledged me being there until 5 minutes after I stood up. I asked where my pizza was at, and a different guy handed me my pizza. I opened the pizza up and it wasn’t cut evenly or all the way through. It was also overcooked. The guy that gave me my pizza just gave it to me and walked away. If I had no morals, I would have walked out, without paying. The workers and manager at this Pizza Hut need to be fired. And the owner needs to think about relinquishing ownership of this location to someone more competent.

I doesn’t give me the option to give no stars no I had to gift this place a star. HORRIBLE customer service. Tonight they had a guy frying wings, placing people on hold with their phone orders and being the cashier. He did none right of course. I waited over 30 minutes to pick up an order placed online. Why did I come pick it up? Cuz their delivery would take 2 hours!
Don’t bother ordering unless you want to get an upset stomach and not due to the pizza but the hernia you will get when you experience the lack of enthusiasm and even basic customer service.

When I ordered my pizza, –only 2 mediums– I was informed that they would arrive in around 30 minutes. It is now an hour and a half later, and I still have not yet received my pizzas. I live only 10 minutes away from the location. Very upset… and hungry.

I picked up two medium pizzas tonight from Pizza Hut and I must say they were fantastic. One thin super supreme (no onions) and a pan meat lovers with one of those new Hershey’s brownies. The wait was only 20 minutes and a very nice young lady named Curstin helped me when I arrived. She showed me both pizzas so that i could check them for accuracy, I appreciate that. All the food was excellent and I know I’ll be going back to this Pizza Hut location because everything was great.

Now we all know Pizza Hut is not the best pizza but it’ll do when you’re trying to feed three hungry children. I placed an order through the app a little before 9:00 and was given a delivery time of 11:06 (over two hours for a pizza less than 2 miles away) so I decided to pick it up instead. I called and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived at 9:35 only to be told he (the cashier) «had called the driver and asked him to bring it back.» Wait, what? If it was with the driver, why wasn’t I told this when I called and if it was with the driver why was it going to take another 1.5 hours to be delivered to me (again, less than 2 miles away). I was over it! I left and went to McDonalds (another 0 star experience which I will write about in another review). I abhor poor customer service. There is absolutely no excusable reason for it.

I agree that this is the WORST Pizza hut I’ve ever been to. I ordered a simple veggie personal pan pizza. I arrived to pick it up and it took a very long time for someone to greet me. When they showed me my pizza it had No Cheese and No Sauce… which I did not request. After getting my order wrong, I received No apology, had to wait 35 minutes for my new pizza, and had a young guy that came in after me get a free pizza and wings from the manager because he was obviously her «friend». My last straw was when the girl taking my payment didn’t know how to work the register! The manager was not very helpful and was overall rude. They also tried to over charge me! This pizza hut is unprofessional and low-​class. I will never go back.

This location has got to be the worst experience ever in the history of pizza carry out. I can’t begin to explain the terrible experience I have each and every time I go to this establishment. I ONLY go b/​c of my child, but I would travel a longer distance to another Pizza Hut just to avoid the anger and disdain I get from patronizing this establishment. I have been treated rude and have been put on hold for several minutes at a time only to call back and still be placed on hold again. There have been times when I would call ahead to order and get there in a reasonable amount of time and my pizza has not even been started on. I have had to speak to the manager on several occasions and even contact the District Manager about the customer service received there. I am not even sure how this location is still in operation. It’s absolutely horrible and headquarters should really do something about this if they truly care about the community in which it serves.

Worst service ever, I order a pizza and I was waiting for it to be ready (when she was already sitting for 6 min on the shelf!!!

I will never order from here again. We have waited 1.5 hours for one pizza and it’s still not here. They didn’t answer the phone right away and upon a second phone call said it was out for delivery and should be there shortly. Awful customer service.

Worst Pizza Hut experience EVER. Ordered for pickup in 30 minutes, waited 30 then went to pick up. Still waited another HOUR! Not even delivery. They don’t care! Never be back and neither will anyone I know. Sucks!!! Not even an apology! Don’t do it!

For a delivery pizza business it seems they never have enough drivers to actually deliver pizza. Carry-​out only is not an option. Pathetic. Do we in Clinton not deserve better? Seriously?
