If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We had booked Pole Divas for a friend’s bachelorette party via a living social coupon. We had confirmed the date/​time/​location with one of their representatives. They never showed, never called and now won’t return any of our calls and we’re out $ 120. Our surprise for our friend was completely ruined — not to mention their completely unprofessional and unethical behavior.

Like others here, I bought a Living Social voucher from Pole Divas. It was for a friend’s bachelorette and the appointment was confirmed over a month in advance, with the owner herself. No one ever showed. We never got a call or email from them. When we called and emailed, we received no response. Days later when I sent *another* email, there was a autoresponse saying, sorry, we’re not going to honor the coupons and we didn’t have time to call people. What kind of person runs a business this way? If you can’t honor the deal you shouldn’t have made the offer.

Like Emily J, I also lost $ 75 on their living social deal. They actually changed their phone number to avoid having to honor these! They’ve decided that they are «taking a break» from running their business but should they come back, I would highly recommend using a more reputable business.

I purchased a Living Social deal for Pole Divas to do a party for my friends and I so that we could evaluate the company for a friend’s bacholrette party. When I attempted to call them to book it, they did not return my calls, which I made over several weeks. Upon looking at their website they are not longer honoring the deal, have overbooked, and essentially said «too bad, so sad, no luck.» It is extremely unprofessional to host a Living Social deal and not be able to actually provide the services to those who purchased it. Based on this experience, I will never use them for events in the future.

Had them come out for my 40th birthday party! They made it a blast except they forgot the fog machine but that didn’t stop the crazy fun we had. They were very professional. Me and all my girlfriends were laughing and had a great time. They definitely made a rather ordinary party extraordinary. It will be hard to top this one!
