Savvy Spa And Wellness

Ive been to Savvy Spa and Wellness twice with Kia for waxing. I swear I’ve done a review or tip, but with another page, there may be confusion.
I was referred by a friend and because a Groupon was available for Savvy Spa, I decided to make an appointment. Note that her service is labeled as «Best of Groupon» as many people love her Groupon deal. Check with her on other ways to save that may not be advrtised on her scheduling site. Kia uses Styleseat for scheduling. It’s important to book early because she is a one woman show with limited hours. I was hesitant at first because I had only been waxed with sugar up until I visited her. She uses a soy based wax, I believe?
Her shop is in a medical building (with other suites for medical practices), the private lot is huge, her suite is suitable for services. The smell of lavender and calming oils waft through the air as you make your way to the door. Kia is personable and will chat you up, giving great recommendations for problem areas. She gets you in, handles her business at hand and gets you out. She’s not afraid of you or your cooch and spots that don’t shine. Not sure how that experience is for a first timer who’s never been waxed before, but even for me (not faithful, but not a beginner) it takes getting used to. I’m sure letting her know, she’ll be able to accommodate or help you get over and done with quickly, lol.
You may or may not be kept on schedule so plan loosely around your appointment. Her walls are thin, so even though the door is kept shut for visual privacy, patrons waiting may still hear most of your conversation with Kia =(

2^nd time here and Kia is just as professional as she was the first time I went. I definitely will be coming back. I won’t wait until almost a year ever again LOL… it wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be since I waited for so long.

After the massge my body felt soooo goooood. I was so relaxed that when i left I was just sitting at a green light. I think i had forgot about life or something at that moment. I’m shocked no one beeped at me. I am definitely going to have to go back.

I had the pleasure of getting serviced at savvy spa and it was a wonderful experience. The owners were professional and very friendIy got my underarms waxed and I was very pleased at how efficient they were, usually it takes at least 3 applications to complete the service but they were able to accomplish it in one try. I will be returning for more services at savvy spa.
