Subway

Staff was unfriendly and rude. The gum popping line attendant added ¼ cup of mayonaisse to our sandwiches, even when we asked her to go easy on the mayo after she drowned the first sandwich in it. Manager charged us full price for water even though we repeated the order to him twice. When we asked for a refund, manager would not give it to us– said that he «couldn’t take the cups back».
Placed a call to the owner (straight to VM several times), who made a half hearted attempt to apologize over voicemail two days later. I do not make a practice of writing negative reviews– this is my first one. But based on the ridiculous treatment we received here, we will NEVER return, and we will ALWAYS recommend that people stay away. Like the previous reviewer said, Subway is Subway– and therefore not worth putting up with the terrible attitudes.

Subway is Subway, but if you’re looking for something healthy in Clinton, Arkansas, this is your only choice.
