This review is super overdue but I ordered a floral arrangement for my mom (last minute– yes I’m a terrible son) back in February.
I called them the day I needed the flowers delivered and the woman on the phone was so helpful! Not sure if they normally do same day delivery but they were so accommodating!
I had seen a Rose arrangement on their website similar to what I wanted and she gave me an estimate and expectation of what it would look like (and an honest opinion on if a mom would like it)
My mom called me that afternoon saying she loved the arrangement– the people here know their stuff and do great work! (And they saved my butt)

Kathy does a fantastic job every time, whether I show up at the shop or order online. Arrangements are done professionally, with care, and extra detail. Kathy assists using her knowledge if I don’t know exactly what I want, all while giving me options within my budget. Even though I live out of town now, I go out of my way to use The Flower Basket and Kathy’s expertise!

sweet place – ordered a little bouquet for my mother-​in-​law, no special occasion. the result was very fresh, long lasting, and color combination was BEAUTIFUL. Very happy.

I ordered an FTD arrangement to be sent out of town, and the sending florist substituted every element in the bouquet: color of roses, greenery, additional unwanted flowers. I don’t know why I bothered to go in to pick out a specific arrangement. What was worse, though, was the attitude of the owner, Kathy Morel, when I complained. She was argumentative on the phone and did nothing for me. She did not care about customer satisfaction at all. You’re spending good money and not getting what you want! They will never get my business again.

I purchased a bouquet on short notice for my little sister’s graduation. They were able to put it together very quickly and it was absolutely beautiful — one of the best arrangements of flowers I have ever purchased. My little sister loved them.
