The Froghead Grill

Always like eating local when possible, this location is near many hotels. Service was decent, burgers were well cooked and flavorful. Especially enjoyed the hurricane with the fried shrimp on top. Bread pudding was pretty pathetic, looked more like French toast. Piece of bread soaked in sauce, not pudding at all.
Prices very reasonable.

Traveling home from Mississippi and looking for a lunch stop. My husband found this location on Unilocal. Easy find near the interstate. Order before you sit and they give you a number for your order. I had the Cobb salad. It was a nice size and had tasty dressing. My husband had the bully wrap and ranch fries. Fresh and good flavor in both meals. I’d stop here again.

Great taste! Great price! Awesome atmosphere! For everyone! I always order the chicken club wrap with sweat potatoes and honey bunny sauce on the side. Yummy. I usually dip my wrap in the sauce too! Check it out. It will not disappoint.

This is the only time I have eaten at this restaurant.
The restaurant parking lot had a lot of trash in it which did not leave me with a positive impression.
My meal was cold when it arrived. The bread pudding I had for dessert was served with a few dollops of whipped cream instead of the ice cream described on the menu.
I will not visit this restaurant again. ICK!

Being at a college near by I heard lots of great talk about this place so eventually I took my girlfriend to eat here. After being sat down a waitress came sat in the booth with us to take our order which was unconventional and strange but nonetheless we were there to enjoy a meal. After placing and order of mozzarella sticks we waited a few minutes to look over what we wanted as our entrée. The waitress then comes back and takes my order first which was unconventional as well usually starting with the lady. After taking my order she said and what would this lady want (addressing my girlfriend). I thought it was extremely rude addressing my girlfriend in that manner but we overlooked that as well. We waiting a few more minutes for our entrée. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parmesan poboy which was edible but I wont make the mistake of ordering a voodoo burger because it was horrible. The taste was what you would think a bacon dog treat would taste like. On top of the burger being putrid the fries werent even warm and they were flimsy. The manager came out after I told the waitress I didnt like my burger and understood so she said she would send me out a wrap. A wrap never came but she sent me a sliver of a bread pudding im guessing. They took 20% off the bill which was nice, I did tell them I didnt mind paying for the food since I had ordered it. All in all this is somewhere we wont be returning anytime soon. On a good note the cups are plastic if you get soda which you can take home!

THE FROGHEAD GRILL! One of my favorite places. I had The Hurricane for a change. My favorite sandwich was The Fredrick with crispy chicken. The Hurricane did not disappoint. They were pretty busy so the service wasn’t the best but they are usually very attentive. I’ve introduced a lot of my friends to this place and they love it to. Give it a try… you’ll love it!

The BBQ Pork Hoppers were very good — lots of delicious meat and fries too! My husband had the Jalapeño Mama burger and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. This is our favorite place to eat in Clinton.

The gumbo is very watery. Looks like they didn’t make the rue with flour. They should at least add corn starch to thicken the gumbo. So it won’t taste like a soup.
The pacific wrap is like a chimichanga. It was ok. Nothing special about it. The fries weren’t crispy. It tasted like steak fries.
But it’s Clinton. It’s not like there are a lot of food choices around here.

Stopped in while on a long road trip. Relaxed atmosphere, fast and friendly service. They had a good selection and a kid’s menu. Bathrooms were fairly clean. The food was good and definitely a nice change from fast food on the road!

Good prices. Good food. Good service. Nothing to write home about but a good place for a fast tasty deep fried meal.

Great pacific wrap, bully wrap and sweet potato fries with honey butter dip. Nice casual dining. Pricing was good! My kiddos loved seeing the real frogs! Was a nice stop on our road trip. Waiter very kind. We love to eat local restaurants!

Unreal, Pacific wrap was perhaps one of the best things I have ever eaten. I really wish we had something like this in Memphis. The portion was huge. My buddy got the Voodoo wrap and said it was also great. The queso was also awesome.

Three stars, but just three. We had a basket of fried mushrooms… overcooked. My wife had the grilled shrimp, tiny, but she said tasty. I had a bowl of the gumbo; over salted. A very mediocre meal with tip was nearly $ 40. Also, the portions were quite small. Hmm, maybe 2.5 stars. Oh, and very noisy.

These are the best burgers in Clinton! And, having a staff with such great attitudes makes for an excellent experience. They are top notch.

Best burger I have ever had. We are traveling through and wanted something different. I got burger and rest of family got other things. Service was Great. Our server was friendly and took care of our every need. he was GREAT!

Wow great food great service! I got the crab cake platter and mash potatoes. The crab cakes were so delicious and very filling. The mash potatoes I were thinking they were bland but I was VERY wrong they were fluffy and garlicky and oh so good. This is a wonderful little spot!

I give them a four for their Easter feature lunch.
Their menu is pretty long.
The décor has many frog figurines.

Service was horrible. We were there 15 minutes before someone took our order. The burger was ok, no to the chicken strips… basically I’d rather go to Applebee’s…Sorry.
