We eat here often. The food is good and it’s quick. It’s clean and they are very friendly. I usually get pulled pork and sausage with beans and corn on the cob. It’s a little high on the price. I have had better bar-​b-​q but I do come back. It’s not the best, but it’s good enough to satisfy a bar-​b-​q craving without driving too far.

I expect BBQ to be made on a grill or in a smoker, not in a crock pot. Not bad but not great either. Once was enough.

If this is the best BBQ in Clinton then it’s only because it’s the only BBQ in Clinton. I ordered the rib plate and the ribs were like they’re been baked in an oven instead of grilled over charcoal or wood, the sides were ok but nothing extraordinary. Nice ambiance and old country tin shedish décor.
I heard the pulled pork sandwich was good so I will try that on my next visit. Ohhhh yeah they have great homemade skins for sale. I tried the BBQ flavored and loved them.

This location has been open for a while now, serving some of the best BBQ in Clinton, MS. The portions are pretty big, and the service is fast and friendly. It is a great place to get a fast lunch!
