Three vehicles purchased from the guys in Clinton. Outstanding service, no typical car dealer «bs»… They were clear and concise… Didn’t waste my time and I when comparing prices to other dealers… I am pleased with a fair deal. Highly recommended!

Bait and Switch. Stopped in to look at cars one Saturday and they had sent out those flyers with a key on them. «If your key fits, blah blah, you have won a blah blah car. If not, then you are GUARANTEED one of the prizes below. Just scratch off the number, blah, blah,…» They take your card to the back and come back with a card to go on line to see if you have won a trip to Vegas. What happened to the gift card to Walmart (suppose to be the least amount of the prizes listed)? They did not have the prizes listed on the flyers mailed out and unlike other dealers who have the numbers posted in the showroom and you can see what matches, they take yours to the back where you can’t see them! Their answer was oh, they didn’t send the prizes listed on the flyer to us. False advertising.

Well I had to transfer my car fromDewey’s to here, because Dewey’s thought the GEM module went bad. This is overwhelming for me as it is my daughter’s car and she is in college at Beloit. So I told the service rep the situation and they said they would perform all the diagnostics themselves. After a little over a week, they determined the battery terminals and cables were corroded and replaced them. What had the potential to be upwards of $ 500.00 turned out to be less than $ 60.00!!! I truly appreciate the time and effort the service department put forward.
