While their workers are professional and kind, we have now been using Viking for several months and the truth is, they just can’t eliminate some of our pests. Our house is a special case and they don’t have the experience necessary to provide quality service. We are constantly taking off work to have them perform treatments over and over again for the same insects. I wanted to be happy with them, I really did… but unfortunately, our needs aren’t being met by this company. Before you sign up for one of their packages, it would be worth your time and money to pay for services separately (to ensure they are successful and you are satisfied) before locking yourself into a plan. We made the mistake of signing up for a plan right away, and now we’re stuck with ineffective pest control.

I am very pleased with Viking Pest Control. I have the Convenience Exterior plan so they come automatically throughout the year and spray my house and barn foundations. I am very pleased to see dead bugs outside my house and the few that do make it in, don’t live long and are easy to vacuum up. Also, I don’t have to clean my front door as much from spider «droppings». I used to get really bad staining on my white front door that was nasty to clean. Not anymore! Harry Lake is my hero!

Viking Pest Control has extremely knowledgeable people that work to resolve pest issues. They are flexible to try additional remedies until the problem is solved. Daniel Bahlman is a great example of what a pest management professional should be.
