This was our third stop in our search for our wedding/engagement rings, and I wish it would have been our first. Absolutely GORGEOUS selection, the gentleman who helped us was patient, not pushy whatsoever, and we found our dream rings here. Price was well within our budget. So happy we went with Anglo!

I do not write many reviews but Anglo has exceeded expectations. I bought an Hamilton Watch from them around ten months ago and in that time a piece of the band has broken off. This is clearly not Anglo’s fault so I emailed Hamilton to resolve the issue and they said the band was not under warranty. Anglo, however, took it upon themselves to order me a new band($ 114.00 msrp from hamilton) and replace it all free of charge. Customer service is above and beyond here. If you are in the market for a fine new watch, Anglo is where I would go hands down.

We have used this place multiple times for jewelry repair. I can’t recommend it enough. They are always quick in getting repairs done and do a very high quality of work. I lost my wedding ring in a parking lot and found it a week and a half later in pretty rough shape. It looked like it had been run over several times and had big huge gouges in it. I don’t know how but Anglo was able to fix it up and when I got it back it looked brand new. When it comes to jewelry help I can’t recommend Anglo enough.

We had my wedding ring custom designed here in 2006 and I love it. That is why I have gone back to them even though I no longer live in Des Moines, HOWEVER, they have since went through some changes and the new staff isn’t competent, as Dr R who wrote a review before me said, they got EVERYTHING on my latest purchase wrong. I tied to have my late grandmother’s wedding ring made into a nice ring that I could cherish. After a long ordeal they made a complete mess of it and blamed me. This is a store I once told everyone I knew about, but I no longer feel they stand behind their work and do not recommend it to anyone. It is sad when the change of one employee can change the entire experience and quality you expect from a store.
