Poor customer service. There were little to no Smalls or Mediums in any scrub top or bottom. Won’t be back.

I would have given this store no stars but that’s not an option so I settled for one. This is the WORST uniform shopping experience I have ever had. I don’t think these people really want to stay in business. Service was aweful. How is it acceptable just to wave your arms and raise your voice at customers to let them know where the merchandise is located in the store. Then the staff told me that the brand of scrubs that I wear every day no longer makes the color that I want. The color that I want is still available is still a current color and is still carried by the manufacturer. Got the feeling they just wanted me to buy more expensive scrubs. Forget that nonsense I’ll buy them online.

My fiancé just started the EMT program at Mercy, and was told she needs to get her pants at Valley West Uniforms. She was very apprehensive about going there because of the poor service she received when getting her uniform for Noah’s restaurant. She went in one day and was told that this particular pair of pants were the only ones they had, and the smallest size they had was a 6. My fiancé is a small girl and wears size 2 jeans. She literally could pull the pants over the jeans she was wearing when she showed me. The lady that was helping her said they could hem the, but that’s how big they are supposed to be. She went back the next day to pick the pants up after the hem, and was working with a different lady. This lady proceeded to show her multiple pairs of pants that were either cheaper than the $ 60 she paid for the huge pants, and the looked a lot nicer as well. She then told my fiancé that they could easily order a size 2 for her, but it would take a couple days. So how does one customer go in and get told this is all we have, and can’t do anything else for you, then get told the every next day with the lady who helped her the day before standing right there, that she could indeed get smaller size? I feel it was a lack of training at the customers expense, and has made for a frustrating time for someone who was excited to start this program. How is she supposed to perform her job correctly as an EMT wearing pants that fall down? She was also told that she could not return the hemmed pants in exchange for a smaller size even though it was store error. Poor poor management.
