Great greasy spoon. This is not fast food they take a lot of care and it takes a bit more time. But the results are well worth it the lumberjack omelet is freaking huge and delicious. Super nice waitress. Can’t wait to try a burger. Well worth coming down from Duluth to try.

The staff here is fantastic. They had a great sense of humor and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the breakfast and the portions were plentiful. The place has fun artwork hanging everywhere and funny signs to make you giggle. Check out the pancake challenge. We didn’t partake, but would love to watch someone try. Excellent place!

Hmmmm. Unilocal led us here. I must warn the rest of you who are vegetarians. There isn’t a lunch option for you. The veggie melt is exactly like it looks. Buttered toast. There is one slice of provolone in there with some pesto and two tiny slivers of sun dried tomatoes. I would suggest more tomatoes with more other veggies. Spinach? On a heartier bread with grains and seeds? Anything would be better. $ 7.50… One in our party ordered the BLT and sweet potato fries. The server didn’t mention that the fries were $ 2 extra so he got them by accident. They were scary/ugly/unappetizing. The photos say it all. Step it up Bent Spoon and you could have something good going.

Thank you Unilocal! We would not have found this place without you. Old fashioned diner atmosphere but a modern version of diner food. Example: rosemary aoli on a most generously stacked club sandwich –it is enough for two if you add some of their wonderful fries. We had both the regular and the sweet potato. They may have been the best sweet potato fries I ever had. I would have liked to see some pie on the menu. When you are eating in a diner you kind of get a craving for homemade pie.

What’s not to like! Darling small diner. Excellent sandwiches. Easily can be split. We can the club and split and still couldn’t finish. As other reviewers mentioned. Great fries. Friendly staff. Try the Dill Pickle soup. It’s their best seller

This is my favorite place in town. While others are heading to that over priced seasonal place, id rather be spending my money where its appreciated. The food is home made, the place is clean, and the cook and wait staff thank me everytime as im leaving. Best bacon cheeseburger and fries i ever had!

The Bent Spoon Bistro is a fabulous little joint with quirky staff and an amazing array of interesting deliciousness! I do my best to try new things whenever I visit Richie and the crew. I have never been dissappointed with portions or flavor. Everything is homemade and superbly presented. They have Gluten free options as well. My hubby LOVES the honeybell, it’s his favorite. Since everything is homemade, t takes a tiny bit longer to get your food but it’s totally worth it!

The Bent Spoon offers breakfast and lunch options all day during their business hours. Everything on the menu is homemade, special favorites of mine are the homemade potato chips and any of the daily soups. I love the fact that they serve bottled soda made without high fructose corn syrup, and that they have many gluten free options. My favorite item on the menu is «mama’s platter». It’s a combination of all things I love for breakfast!
