I have been using this establishment for quite some time, since before the business was purchased by the current owners. I, like most people, as a creature of habit and continued to go there. That is, until, Monday of this week. A couple of weeks ago, not all the clothing I received was mine. There were two shirts that were not mine so I brought them back. They thanked me and said they would return them to the right person. When I went home, I took an inventory of my suits and shirts and found I was missing a pair of pants and three dress shirts of my own. When I went back to them the next day, I was told that they could not have made that mistake, that their system, software and process would not allow it to happen. Yet, five days later, two of my missing shirts appeared. When I asked about the other missing items, I was again told about their system, software and process and how that could not happen. The owner, the wife, even went as far as to print out the dry cleaning list I had all the way back to September of 2015 to show me… what, I am not sure. But I can say that the print out did not show me the location of my missing clothing. Before leaving, I asked one last time if she would be able to locate my missing items and again– system, software, process. All I said was that they owed me for a suit and a shirt and, with their attitude, they lost my business. We may not have been a commercial account, but my bills were not exactly small either. Proceed with caution– when there is an issue, they should take care of it, not tell the client they are wrong.

I have been using this establishment for many years and found it great but now it is under new ownership and and the owners are rude and try to charge you more than the listed prices. This has happened not only to me but to other people that have used this establishment. Dishonesty must not be tolerated and costumers should boycott this place!

I was looking for a cleaner around the area and saw the recent review of this horrible place. Just like the other reviewer, I used to go to this place before it was sold to the new owner. The very first time I stopped in after the management change, I decided not to come back again. The husband/wife owners speak to the customers in a very rude tone and display a terrible attitude. I was waiting in line, listening to them talking to customers, and thought to myself, hmm… something is not right… One of the sweaters I brought in was turned inside out and she scolded me about the laundry not being«properly ready.» She said it in such a sarcastic tone that I felt like I was the worst customer without any manners. There’s a lot nicer ways to handle things in life. Every business is a people business and a little respect goes a long way.

First time i have ever felt compelled to put a negative review on this site but the horrible and rude service i just received made me do so. We had used this cleaner happily for years before new management took over. We continued to use the establishment spending hundreds of dollars monthly with them. When I came in today with my weekly pile of husbands shirts, a suit and tie for cleaning, i also brought in a «freshly» laundered and pressed shirt that we had picked up the week before and showed the owner the shirt still in its cleaning bag, and pointed out the fact that it was still visibly dirty. I politely requested that he rewash and press this shirt as well, free of charge(never having done so before) and he refused with a smug smile on his face. I was shocked at his reply and asked him if he cared so little for the business of his customers, let alone repeat ones such as myself, that he was willing to lose them altogether over the cost of a $ 1.75 laundered shirt and he just smiled and shrugged yes. I left with the pile of dirty clothes in my arms vowing to never again come back as they clearly don’t value their customers or stand by the service that they provide. I wouldnt have given a star at all but that is not an option on this site. I suppose the old adage is true– you get what you pay for!

False advertising… hardly anything is $ 2.99. We brought many items in, most of which were $ 8.99. Don’t bother!
