Amazing service from them! I just moved into the area a few months ago and my computer was starting to act weird with random freezing and restarts. I took it to a Best Buy and they said there was nothing wrong with it. A few days later the computer just couldn’t start up. So I took it to Staples for them to check and they said my hard drive was bad and that I lost all my files. I didn’t have any backup of my files and asked them if they can recover them for me. Staples said that they don’t do that. I really needed those files so I didn’t give it to Staples to fix. Then my neighbor suggested me to go to PC Solutions because they used them before and was happy with their service. I took my computer there and they checked it out and confirmed it was a bad drive but said that they might be able to recover my files. So I left my computer with them and next day it was all fixed with my files recovered! They are amazing and quick as well! Definitely gained a loyal customer. This store has a lot of other accessories that they sell as well. Will be going back to buy some new tech in the future. Nice family business with friendly personality. Keep up the great service guys!

We had a problem with our wireless in our house after a brief power outage. One call to this shop and we had on site service 2 hours later at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. Everything was upgraded, repaired and restored by 10 am Saturday morning. We be lifelong customers. Professional, knowledgeable and prompt at competitive prices AND you are supporting a local business. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I had a problem with the mouse pad on my laptop so I took it here on my mother in law’s recommendation. Apparently she uses this place all the time. The owner was very nice and he told me my mouse pad may only needed cleaning and that it would cost $ 45 to look at it and clean it. When I was called back to pick it up, the next day I might add… he had cleaned it and told me to use an external mouse since the new part would cost too much, and he also did not charge me a dime. Nice right?
