I booked a jump house with Smilebounce after my sister had a good experience with them. It was very easy to book online and the company called me back quickly when I needed to make a change to my order. On the day of the birthday party, my daughter came down with the stomach flu. I called to cancel the bounce house, but didn’t reach the company in time. When they showed up at my door 20 minutes later, the delivery man was super friendly and said he would give me a rain check. I was very impressed with how understanding they were – especially since I cancelled last minute. They also seem to have the best priced bounce houses in the Fort Mill/​Charlotte area. I would definitely recommend them for any event!

WORST company ever! My bounce house was confirmed the day before the party but showed up 3 and ½ hours late the day of the party (without any phone calls). The company NEVER answers phone calls. The day of my party their voicemail stated there was a slight delay due to weather (the weather was beautiful that day and the night before) and when the driver finally arrived (AFTER MY PARTY WAS ALREADY OVER) he fed me a line a BS about a truck breaking down and a bounce house blow out. Don’t care, not my problem, you are a business and you had people to severe, which you did NOT do!!! When I asked for a refund he told me the only thing he could do was give me 25% off my next booking with them… HAHAHAHAHA, it will be a freezing cold day in Hell when I book with these crooks again! Save your money, and children’s tears and rent from somebody who follows through with their promises. I have called this company everyday for a week and left messages everyday without any returned calls regarding a refund. I am beyond disgusted. :(
