Great service, reasonable prices, best chili rellenos I have had. Loved their white cheese dip and really nice chips. The outdoor patio was lovely on the longest day of the year.

For being in Indianapolis it’s ok Mexican food. They do have a lot of choices etc. Really friendly service was nice too ! We are from So Cal so it’s hard for us to get excited about eating Mexican food in any state this far north. Taco Bell is across street and it’s way better than that for sure !

We are staying here in Cloverdale, IN and the person at the Motel 6 said this is a great Mexican restaurant. We tried it for lunch today and Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!! Best Mexican restaurant I have been to in a long time. Very authentic!!! We might go back for dinner tonight:)

Gigantic draft beers, good salsa and excellent shrimp cocktail. This place is a new favorite for us.

Stopped in at 3p and glad we did. First time I’ve used my Spanish in a while. Really good food!

I had the Steak Mexicano and it was excellent. Best choice if you are passing through Cloverdale. There is only two sit down places. Chicago’s pizza(sucks!) and this place right next door. Service was excellent and food was great… At least what I have which was very good. The T-bone was cooked perfectly and topped with grilled tomatoes, onions and jalapeños. I highly recommend!

The service was horrible. I am a grown man in a liberal arts college and was referred to as a kiddo… like wtf? Seriously?! Anymawhoer, I am from Chicago and know real food, so idk maybe I’m biased.

El Cantarito was decent small town mexican food. Nothing to write home about. Had Enchiladas Verdes with shredded beef for the main course, quest dip as appetizer and Margarita as drink. Margarita was a cheap mix and heavy on it Queso was white cheese greatness, what you get at any mexican place, chips were good. Enchiladas were decent, meat was kinda slimy? Rice was good as was guacamole salad.

I was traveling on business with my boss and we settled for this place for lunch. It’s a cute place that looks like it was an old fast food reataurant. The chips taste a little different from what I’m used to, but their salsa was really nice. I had one of their lunch combos for only $ 6– huevos con chorizo, my go-to Mexican dish as of late. Pretty good. It must have been good if I ate everything on my plate, beans and all! I find reviewing Mexican restaurants to be very difficult because there are few things that set the mom and pop shops apart, but seeing as this place has no reviews whatsoever, I thought I’d be kind and give them their first.
