North County Property Management

My experience with this company is the single worst experience I have ever had with a property management company.
I’m a renter. Easy peasey, right? Put in an application, rent a place. Wrong. Apparently if you’re North County Property Management you leave rental applications on the back burner.
Despite being assured week after week that they will «get back to me by friday» it took something like 30 days for any response. They did not answer calls, they did not respond to emails, they were never in their office when I stopped by. If they are working hard, it’s not for renters.
I feel like I was robbed of my rental application fee. They took an unreasonable amount of time to get back to me. In fact, I had almost forgotten about my stolen money until they finally responded… well after I had found a place through Giovanni and Cooper (took them 3 days. Not 30).
I applied for two rental properties through them, and I have only heard about 1 so far. The clock is still running on the second…
Terrible company. Seek rentals elsewhere.

Ron has been our property manager for the last year. I have nothing but praise for this company. Phone calls and emails always answered in a timely manner.
The house we are renting from him went into foreclosure and we now have to find another place to rent. I’m hoping NCPM finds something suitable as I only want to rent from them. I’ve had such bad experiences with prior companies I really expected the worse but I’ve been so impressed with NCPM that we don’t want to rent from any other local company.
Ron has gone above and beyond to help us with this foreclosure situation. I’ve had numerous questions and concerns about our tenant rights etc… and he has been more than helpful.

I have had the pleasure of this service for a few years for my vacation rentals. They understand the market and know people. They are dialed into the area in such a way, you would benefit from that in your search for rental or purchase.
I would highly recommend giving them a call with your real estate needs, whether it is for a weekend get away, vacation, or to purchase a new home in this area.

I hate moving with a passion. Their are just too many «must have’s» for a house to suit my family’s needs. I found a place on Craigslist that seemed to fit the bill for us, but in the end it wasn’t even close.
Ron from north county property management was a great resource for us. He is a no pressure, laid back kinda guy. He listened to what we needed and wanted in a home and didn’t offer to show us things that he knew wouldn’t fit the bill. We ended up in the perfect house. Everyone… kids, dog and cat are happy. We have had a couple of minor issues and with one phone call NCPM had a fix it guy out to our house in short order. Things are going to break, that’s just life, but I hate waiting forever or not having my calls returned.
Not everyone can own their own home, but if you are looking to rent in the Sonoma County wine country give NCPM an opportunity to get you into the right place for you. We couldn’t be happier.
