Our favorite place to take friends to lunch. Best Burgers in town.

First timers. Stopped in for lunch on our way to Lake County and it will be our go-to from now on. Super friendly service, relaxed dive-bar atmosphere(we loved the regulars at the bar who were watching the cooking channel like it was a sporting event), good beer selection(try Baby-Daddy while in session for a satisfying, IPA on the lighter side), fish tacos very good, pasta special of the day excellent. Too cold for the back patio today, but looks like a lot of fun during the Summer!

Stopped for gas … Found the busiest spot in town and had the perfect lunch: Hebrew National hot dogs and hand cut fries!

This place dopes the trick — good food and excellent drinks. We ordered the shrimp Po Boy and the fish tacos they were both EXCELLENT. People say the food is a bit expensive and it is but it is very good food. This is not an upscale place, quite the opposite almost more of a biker bar but great food, great drinks, and good people watching. I would definitely go back.

I really want to like this place but there are consistent issues. They take your order drop off your food and you’re on your own, no check backs to see if everything is okay. Sonoma burger is great and it comes with avocado but the menu doesn’t say it. Favorite item is extremely inconsistent bananas foster sometimes it comes with plenty of bananas for 3 scoops of ice cream I think it should have at least 15 coins or 12 large slices. The amount if run runs from swimming in it to just a dash maybe they could measure it is it 1,2 or 3 ounces? Mac and cheese sauce is always different. Things I absolutely would not recommend corn beef egg rolls mealy limp soggy ground up yucky. Corn bread oh good Lord my Mom would have a fit. Love the family I think they could use a better Chef and maybe I should eat at the bar ;)

This is coming from a big foodie. The outside atmosphere is nice, for a not too cool evening, when you can sit under the lights around the fire outside. The food was good but not great. We had the brussel sprouts app; yummy flavor, but not as crisp as I like them. The burgers are solid and the shrimp tacos are good. not amazing; bit on the spicy side and messy from whatever the shrimp are sautéed in. The service was consistent and I was happy when I found out they serve«Not your father’s root beer». I give this place a solid 3 stars; it is definitely a good watering hole.

Both the shrimp po boy and bacon cheddar burger were very good! Brussel sprouts with bacon and cranberry were excellent! Efficient, friendly service. A bit pricey, but quality and ambiance made it worthwhile!

Had a great burger(Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger). Done to perfection. Prices are a little on the high side for Cloverdale. Get the attention of the servers when you can as it can be quite busy. I will certainly be back. Yes they have Televisions there which is great. Played all my favorite teams. If you are a vegetarian, I can’t recommend anything in Cloverdale. Sorry!

First rate burgers and fries. Finally a place that will serve, a burger that is still pink inside.(So tired of charcoal briquettes passing game as burgers.) Super pretzel bun for great chew. Grilled onions and hand cut froes. Fair draft brew selection and full bar. Good ambiance with games on the tv’s.

Disappointing. Driving though and stopped. Very slow to come to the table. Almost left. Ordered shrimp tacos. Was asked 2x’s if I wanted fish. …no shrimp. And I got fish. Salad was tasty but mostly lettuce. And it was 14.50. High price for a salad in a bar. It should have been amazing for the price.

Can’t make a margarita. Made it first with sour mix. I asked for a real margarita. Lime tequila triple sec ice and salt. Real easy. Bartender makes it correctly. But serves it way short to me. Couple inches south of top of glass. Tries to correct it and gran gran marnier. They are 86d on it. I leave. Great job railroad!!! Ha

We have been here several times. The menu is limited. The meals we have had are tasty. Full bar is excellent. Most menu items are just OK. Burgers are good, excellent variety, but a little high priced for a hamburger. The steak is never tender(gave up ordering). Fried chicken is the best in town. DON’T order the Prime Rib, badly cut, tough, disappointing.

The fish tacos were delicious and the portions were great! The service was excellent too, incredibly nice and friendly waiter. 4 stars because the vibe here is strange with 90s rock and unflattering lighting, and the prices are all quite high for Americana offerings. In short, if you’re on your way to see the redwoods and want something yummy to fill you up, this place is your best bet.

Okay, so I try to leave mostly positive reviews for places that I really love. I try to not slam any place and give them a chance but I have been rather disappointed by this local eaterie. There are so few places in Cloverdale to begin with – it’d be nice if they were all reliably good. Too much to ask for? As a vegetarian there were only a few options, which is unfortunately too common at these kinds of places. I ordered a veggie burger and fries with an iced tea. My burger was pretty lame and the fries were sopping with grease. There were probably 10 humongous televisions BLARING when my friend and I went. We couldn’t even have a conversation. We asked for the TV closest to us to please be turned down if not off completey. Our request was begrudgingly obliged. We had to approach the bar on several occasions and oh, just hang out(!!) trying to find someone that worked there to ask for extra ketchup, napkins, a refill for our drinks, and finally our damn check so we could leave! No idea who our server was the entire time. Both my friend and I left feeling sick. It’s sad to say as locals but we will never be back. We left a poor tip and shouldn’t have left anything honestly. Barf.

Found this gem on accident on a trip from So Cal to Washington. The food was amazing! Between 6 of us we had quite the assortment and not one menu choice was bad. Drinks were choice and service was impeccable! Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great place to stop for a quick bite that will satisfy and leave you happy! Well done Railroad Station– we are not easy to please.

I just barely started coming to this spot and I have to say that it’s a hidden gem in sonoma county. The food is on point, they have 805 on tap!!! #my favorite beer and the service is awesome and the whole set up, décor and ambiance is perfect! I friggin love this place! Why haven’t I been here more often??? They have great amount of seating inside with flat screens right in front of the bar. The bar is so nice! Its a long L shaped bar with plenty of seating. And the bonus is the Patio. Couches, benches tables, fire pits, outdoor heaters!!! It’s amazing for the summer nights. That’s where I hang out after we finish our delicious meal. Also, happy hour all day on Mondays!!! Yessssss!!! A definite must visit

Coming back from Lakeport in the middle of the afternoon somewhat limits your food options. After traversing the route back to 101 I remembered a recent review in the PD about Railroad Station Bar and Grill in Cloverdale being a good pub for food and drink. Got there just after the start of Happy Hour and the $ 2.50 pints of PBR were cold and refreshing. Railroad Station boasts that they have the«freshest and juiciest burgers in the land». My wife ordered one with applewood smoked bacon and Tillamook cheddar cheese. Large grass fed burger(at least 6 ounces) came out perfect medium as ordered and was JUICY, as in several napkin juicy. Served on a pretzel bun which held up well and also included crispy fries and a small side salad. Not in the mood for a burger, I asked the server what he liked. His recommendation of the fish tacos were spot on. Three huge tacos stuffed with large chunks of lightly battered fish, lettuce, chipotle dressing, pico de gallo and guacomole. Tasty and with some kick, these were a treat. If you are traveling up(or down) 101 the Railroad Station Bar and Grill in Cloverdale is a good choice for lunch or dinner.

We enjoyed our dinner on 4÷18÷14. We ate outside– service was good as was the food. I enjoyed the Sonoma Burger w/a grilled chicken breast and side salad. I ordered a glass of Parducci Pinot Noir $ 8.00 as I wanted to try something new. My boyfriend liked their Racer 5 $ 3.00 during happy hour and also tried a flight $ 7.00 during happy hour– not sure what came w/it but he said it was pretty good. He ate their black/blue burger w/fries. Our total bill was $ 48.18 which was reasonable and we left happy!
