I first brought my son into Dr. Alonzo’s office about 5 years ago when he was only 6. He cleaned and sealed my son’s teeth and saw that Dr. Alonzo was talking to my son the whole time to calm my son’s nerves. I was totally impressed. Dr. Alonzo refuses to strap children down and he will take as long as he needs to with your child. For some reason I thought he only did pediatric dentistry but I was pleasantly surprised when I found he treated adults as well. I changed to Dr. Alonzo when I needed to have my crown done. My previous dentist said there was nothing wrong with my teeth and that the huge new gap was from my gums receding due to my age. I thought… hmmm…I’m not that old and this gap happened overnight but still I let him focus on selling me the crown. Something told me to give Dr. Alonzo a call. Dr. Alonzo showed me the x-rays of my teeth and said I needed 7 fillings. That gap was due to a filling that had fallen off. Sure enough, after the filling, my food wasn’t getting stuck in my teeth anymore. I highly recommend this office. The wait time is very short as they do not try to overbook appointments. Dr. Alonzo is very relaxed and talks you through the whole process. The entire staff is very friendly. Pros: Very professional, competitive pricing, accepts a wide range of insurance, friendly staff, short wait times Cons: The office is a little tricky to find now that Old Navy has moved
