Central Integration

Started off several years ago upgrading AV systems and updating a whole house home controller. Omar was fairly responsive and I have spent thousands of dollars. Over the yrs, his response rate dwindled. This past summer I had Omar do more upgrades. After the main upgrades, his response rate was irratic or not at all. He was supposed to come back and finish my system. He never did and his last communication was to send a bill for the balance owed. After about a week the security cameras that he installed stopped working and the Control4 system did not work right. I also found that my doorbells which is on a separate system had stopped working. He said it couldn’t have been because of what they did because they didn’t touch it. The Alarm system upgrade was never put online to the vendor we agreed on, which he said he would set up. When I contacted Control4 directly, they said I would have to contact another Control4 dealer because he was no longer a dealer with them. Apparently he lost his dealership. I had to hire another firm to get the systems up and running. Also found out that the doorbell wires were disconnected. I find it unfortunate because Omar really seems to be a good guy. His election to not respond or fix things was unfortunate. If he had his act together I think he would do well.
