Olivia is a magician. She worked magic on my hair. She fit me into her busy schedule and I’m so thankful for that. She is conservative with her cuts and caring for what you want to do with your hair. She’s amazing! You def want to see her for your next color/​cut. pictures can’t even do justice to what she did to my «outgrown disaster of a hair». My hair has life back into it and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! She’s the shit!!!

Olivia is the best, she’s very flexible and easy going, she even special ordered my previous hair color products so that when I moved to New Mexico I wouldn’t have to change anything! She’s also fantastically talented and doesn’t cut more hair than I ask. Which is great because many stylists do what they think should be done even if you ask specifically for your own look.
We managed to squeeze in my daughter’s trim one day, and I was impressed with Olivia’s patience, as well as her ability to swiftly remove tangles from two feet of hair without bringing tears to my 8 year olds ever so sensitive eyes. Amazing.

Olivia is amazing, she did a great job on my hair, even with a haircut she hadn’t ever practiced before. Five stars in my opinion. One thing to note is that it is on the opposite side of the street from Lowes — took me a few minutes to find it.

Had a cut and color from Olivia and absolutely loved it! My long, dull, lifeless hair has volume and the red came out amazing! I never thought I would be so bold but Olivia talked me into it and I am glad she did! She is very knowledgeable and professional and it shows in her work. Very friendly and the salon is nicely kept. She was able to fit my busy schedule as well. If you need an expert cut/​color, do not hesitate, go see Olivia!

I have said is once and I will say it again, trying to find a hairstylist as a military spouse can be a HUGE challenge. Over the past year I have heard Olivia’s name over an over again from many friends in many different circles. I finally decided to give her a whirl last week and I was not disappointed. Olivia at Cloud 9 gave me an excellent cut that made my very long hair more manageable and easy to handle. She did all this without taking too much off and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend her and her very professional shop for a great experience.
