Competitor Termite Control

Worst service and work I have ever seen! I was refinancing a house of mine that is 5 hours away from me. Bill Sanders not of Sanders pest control but of competitor Pest Control. Did inspection and found $ 8,000 worth of work. I okayed it and he proceeded. 5 months later when I was able to inspect the work he hadn’t done half of it. He was supposed to take out a toilet and fix a leak. It wasn’t done in fact the floor was ruined the tiles were coming off the floor water was pouring out. Mind you the bank had already paid him for the work. Water was pouring out of the swamp coolers valve that he said he replaced. I had to hire someone immediately to come out and fix that. When I tried to contact him he told me I should go call a handyman. I wish I could show you pictures of the work he did do. Horrible. You probably won’t believe this but when I complained about the work he sent me an e-​mail. Saying he was glad he never met me because he was sure I’ve been married a lot of times and was fat and ugly. I swear to God I have the email. I replied with I have two words for you social media. I wish the other reviews had been on Unilocal when I hired him.

Bill cashed the check but delivered half of what we thought was going to be fixed. Now our budget has been spent and half of our issues still need repair, which means one of our bathrooms is still only partially useable. He was originally referred to us for our plumbing & flooring issues and said he was a general contractor. At the original inspection when he walked through to see what needed fixed, never did he say he could not do anything. When he gave his quote to my mother, he said it was for everything and we believed he meant that included everything that we showed him. He replaced our shower pan, some tile and had plywood cut and placed on top of the sub-​flooring, but our drain issues were never touched, which was why we called him in the first place. When I called him a couple weeks after it looked like he had moved on and forgotten about us, he didn’t even remember who we were; we were long out of his mind by then. He said he never intended to do the plumbing and that it was out of his scope of work, but he never even examined the pipes or even attempted to fix the problem. He cut our conversation short and said he would call back. He never called. I called him once more to see what’s up and he said to look at the work order and to never to call him again. So much for customer service. He told my naïve mother he would fix everything in the bathroom, and unfortunately she cut him the check before everything was fixed. Please don’t use Bill of Competitor Termite unless you like throwing your money away on unfinished jobs.
