Do Not Waste Your Money! Horrible from the communication to the cupcakes! I’m not sure why they are in business. They do not respond to the emails sent for several days, if at all. I tried to get delivery the first time was told they were closed for remodeling, the second request they were already booked. Finally got a date and… I had 2 dozen delivered, 6 were all messed up from«a fall», I was offered a replacement at the time of delivery, but after waiting all day for the delivery, I couldn’t wait any longer. I was told to keep my living social vouchers and use them again for the inconvenience, but after trying the cupcakes… No Thank You! I threw over a dozen away! They were horrible(and i’m not real picky when it comes to sweets)! So again think twice before you purchase a living social or any other discount voucher/coupon!

I agree that a company that wants to do business and especially with advertising through LivingSocial, you should be able to call someone to take your order. I, too, called and then emailed to receive my order which they could not fulfill the first time I requested. The voucher said to give them 72 hours notice, which I did, but they were too booked to fullfill my order at that time. They were nice enough to give me an extra dozen cupcakes because of the first undeliverable order. I picked another date and the cupcakes were delivered as they said they would be. I was very disappointed that you can’t pick all the flavors and frostings that you would like with the LivingSocial voucher. It did not state that on the voucher. The cupcakes that we received were a little dry and all had a very, very sweet frosting that wasn’t buttercream. Not sure what was used, but those of us that did try the cupcakes, did not eat the frosting. It is grainy and just tastes like a cheap frosting. I would think that red velvet cupcakes would have a cream cheese frosting, but the same kind of frosting was on all the cupcakes. My grandchildren didn’t even want to take any home. Adults and children alike did not care for them. I have one more voucher, but will pass on using it. Not worth the time for a big disappointment.

First, for a company that is advertising through LivingSocial, you would think they would be equipped and ready for business. There was a lack of communication with any one from there. They have a number listed on their website(which I have called several times and no call back). The email address provided is rarely checked and there is just an extreme lack of communication from management. I didn’t even get a chance to try their cupcakes so this rating is based solely on their service. From my experience, customer service makes the biggest difference in keeping a customer loyal and or the customer coming back. If you have tried their cupcakes here, please leave feedback. It is definitely not to discourage anyone from ordering here but warning that communication may not be great and you may not be helped as fast as you are expecting.
