Invest on building your own storage room in the back of your personal property. When it comes to customer service the management is very rude and inconsiderate. I understand they have rules and policies but it doesn’t mean they have treat customers with disrespect. I was on the phone with them because they had our storage on lock down. Yes we were late on our payment, I paid everything in full so that we could get everything out before the end of April(paid total in mid-April), but was told that our storage unit was to be on lock down for an additional two weeks(By April 27th). This leaves us with what, 4 days to move everything? That is bullshit, if I paid up to April, regardless of the status of the storage unit, I should have had access to my storage unit. Also I was not notified that I couldn’t enter the storage unit without the main tenant of the unit, even though I’m on the contract. I would have saved a lot of time and gasoline if I had been told that my mother needed to be present. The main reason for my review was about a very rude call I received today in regards to our storage unit. Our storage unit was put back on lock down again because of the form of ID used to remove the lock. I then asked about the two weeks lost in April, and was informed that we wouldn’t have two additional weeks in May to remove things from the unit. A simple explanation would have sufficed. There was no need to add«No, it’s not Derrel’s fault you were late.» I thought it was rude and told her that no one was blaming Derrel. Learn some manners, you are obvious going to have upset customers when they are storing valuables with you guys and can’t get to them. This is the last time I do business with this company ever again!
