The best customer service around! My dad has been coming here for years and years, so it is definitely a place I recommend. I recently was given a watch that didn’t fit (not purchased there), so this is the place I chose to go to see if they could fit it since I did not have the tools. They told me it may have to be sent out because of the type of screws. but it turned out they were able to do it in store within like 10 mins of me leaving it there. I was so happy because I wouldn’t have to wait so long for it to be returned, they really pulled through for me! It was a nice feeling being able to be helped although the watch itself wasn’t even purchased there. The customer service is absolutely top notch!

Couldn’t really ask for better service. I bought my ring from the Fresno location and a small stone chipped in the first five months and when I called the Fresno location to see what my options were they told me I would have to pay for the replacement and I had no warranty. I accepted this and later happened to walk through the sierra vista mall and decided to have the ring cleaned and the Clovis location took it a step further and offered a free replacement of the stone and informed me in detail of the warranty on my service card. I am sure there was some sort of miscommunication with the Fresno store but I was really pleased that Clovis took the time to give me the best information possible. Overall this place was the ONLY place with any jewelry I liked and it also happened to be the most reasonable in price. Matthew Teresi the store manager provided great service and I will continue to go to this spot for my jewelry purchases:)

Excellent staff, everybody is personable and super friendly. I was looking for a man’s wedding band due to losing my original one. I sat down and chatted with Matt for at least 30 minutes. We talked about our family, schools and the great town of Clovis. I wouldn’t go any other jewelry store. Great customer service along with a great product is always the deciding factor.

Excellent staff lead by a really quality manager Matt. He helped me get my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band, the same for the friend we brought in, and now he’s helping us look into upgrading my wife’s ring again. Great products and every staff member does their job with honesty and excellence.
