Stopped here this evening for dinner. The place was in disarray. After placing our order we went to sit down but every table in the dining area was dirty. I went to the counter and asked if one of the employees could clean off a table for us to eat which one young lady promptly did, but didn’t clean off any other tables. After we had eaten and leaving I counted 9 tables in the area that had food stuff and napkins on them. The food was good, the salsa bar a filthy mess and we watched everybody that came in clean off their own table with napkins. This left a little to be desired for this dining experience.

Food is always good but they need to hire new staff. Last time they not only get my order wrong but forgot to put everything i ordered in the bag. Today? horrible customer service. Last time i come to this location.

I love love love their food but the workers are complete itiots! Every time me and my coworker come and get lunch from here they either mess up our order completely or short us a side. it’s the most frustrating thing ever because like I said I LOVE the food but the customer service isn’t tere! If the workers gave a little more attention to detail I would rate higher only reason I am giving two stars is because I like the food if it wasn’t that it would get one because of the service

Loved that they have a catering menu!!! Works so well for meetings. It was such a good deal too! I was able to order online which was a plus. Food was delish. Managers loved it. The service was awesome as well. They helped me to my car without me having to ask. Customer service is a big thing for me and they were awesome. I will definitely use them again.

I really love chicken and Pollo Loco caters perfectly to my taste buds. I normally order the three tacos al carbon combo($ 5) or the Mexican Cobb salad. I do find that some of their combo items are too expensive for lunch specials. This particular Pollo Loco is very fast with both drive thru and dine in. The Assistant Manager who took my order today(Alma) was very friendly and immediately greeted as I approached the counter. The salsa bar was Fresh and all condiments were readily available. The Horchata was really good and plenty of Jalapeño Sauce(Mmm my favorite) The establishments tables could have been just a tad bit cleaner but my overall experience would be rated a 4 ½ stars! We’ll definitely continue eating here.

Went to the drive thru and we wanted a 16 price family meal deal and the girl says they Dont have rice… then she said okay we do have rice. we order and get to the window and the guy comes to the window and says that they are out of mac n cheese. He then explains that the day shift didn’t make them anything for their shift.(sounds like a personal problem to me) Okay so we were like never mind then as we drive off the guy yells wait we have enough. No not okay. oh btw we left. Seems Very unprofessional to me.

The last time I visited an El Pollo Loco was during 2004 while I was living in San Diego, Ca. Well, 9 years later and I found myself here for some odd reason although I’m not much of a fan of this place due to the small menu. Anyway, an employee by the name of Graciella was very nice, and professional. She even took the time to ask me how my meal was and if I wanted a refill on my drink while I was eating at the table. Never have I had this type of service at a fast food restaurant. The inside was very well kept; nice clean table tops, and very well stocked/neat salsa bar. Due to the outstanding service from Graciella and the clean environment, I would probably come back to this place if I’m around this part of town in the future.

I have been to this El Pollo Loco many times. I usually have no problem with the wait or the food. I feel though, that they could stand to be more upbeat, but they are nice. I just feel that there are better ELP’s in the Fresno/Clovis area.

Okay, so here comes yet ANOTHER rant about the complete ineptitude of fast food workers in and around Fresno… First, a disclaimer: I don’t expect the brightest bulbs to be working at a fast food joint so I will usually forgive the first(and sometimes second) screw up so long as they don’t go out of their way to piss me off. Third strike though and I’m done. Furthermore, I WILL let everyone know what a horrible experience they can expect if they visit said establishment. Now onto why I will never return to the Clovis El Pollo Loco store — They can’t ever get a drive-thru order correct. My Wife and I enjoy the overall El Pollo Loco concept(the chicken is pretty tasty as far as fast food goes…) so I’ll sometimes stop by on my way home from work to pick up dinner. Unfortunately, the last three times I have visited the Clovis store, I’ve been shorted items I have paid for. This last visit was unforgivable though because the one item… the ONE item I really needed them not to forget was the side of mac & cheese for my teething two year old son. I made a point of making the guy working the drive-thru read back my order three times to make sure because my Wife works nights and I really don’t have time to drive back to correct an order. Well, I should have checked the bag. Not only did I get shorted the mac & cheese but also a piece of chicken in my three piece meal. On top of that, no salsa(I asked) and no tortillas(they’re supposed to come with the meal). Not just that, but the chicken we actually did receive had obviously been sitting in a heat tray for hours. I don’t expect super tender and juicy, but shriveled leather?! Come on El Pollo Loco… After getting home and finding $ 17.00 worth of crap(with a few turdlets missing), I took a deep breath and called to speak to a manager. To EPL’s credit, the manager I spoke with on the phone was apologetic and polite and offered to correct my order if I came back to the store. Problem is I don’t have time, my house is 8 miles away out in the country and gas is currently $ 5.00 a gallon. I told her I wouldn’t be coming back ever and she told me that if I ever did decide to return, she’d give me 25% off my next purchase. Not going to happen though… This El Pollo Loco location really sucks and they obviously take NO pride in their work. Corporate should really look into this«problem» store as soon as possible because it’s really affecting their overall image as a chain. I personally am apprehensive to return to any El Pollo Loco location in the future and will recommend to anyone to go elsewhere.

Never been to a Pollo Loco in my life, but the extreme hunger and 2 for 1 coupon i had caused me to try the chicken burrito. I placed my order in the drive thru, pulled around the corner and saw the rat/mouse trap sitting right outside the kitchen. the food tasted okay but every bite was suspect.
